业务主线约束型作业车间网络瓶颈分析

         

摘要

瓶颈识别是制造单元生产管理与控制研究的基础和关键,直接影响系统的有效产出和企业的整体效益.针对复杂制造环境下瓶颈辨识困难这一问题,从制造系统复杂性与复杂网络相结合这一视角出发,提出一种基于网络分析法的车间网络瓶颈识别方法.根据设备工装、工艺路线、物流路径以及产品配置等多层次生产数据,建立业务主线约束型作业车间网络模型;采用以资源节点与连边、加工数量、资源负载等为参数的数据结构实现对资源的网络化映射;在考虑网络节点对待评估节点综合影响矩阵的基础上,结合待评估节点本身的局域重要性定义节点的瓶颈指数,克服了其他算法中瓶颈节点识别只依赖于邻接节点的不足.以某制造企业的装配车间的产品总装线为例,通过对比分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.%Bottleneck identification is the basis and key of production management and control of the job shop, which directly affects the effective output of the system and the overall benefit of the enterprise. Therefore, aiming at the problems of bottleneck identification difficulties in a complex manufacturing envi-ronment, we propose a new method of bottleneck identification based on network analysis. Firstly, A net-work model of the job shop limited by business lines is established according to multi-level of production da-ta:such as equipment, tooling, process route, logistics path, product configuration and so on. Then, we define the data structure of parameters including degree distribution, order properties, processing number, resource load etc. It achieved the network mapping of resources. Considering network node based on the comprehensive influence matrix, combined to evaluate the local importance of node itself define node bottle-neck index, which overcomes the bottleneck node identification in other algorithms only depends on the adja-cent node. Finally, it is proved the rationality and feasibility of this method by the example of assembly workshop in an automobile manufacturing enterprise product assembly line.
