模具曲面包络磨削的磨削力实验研究

         

摘要

Due to the arc envelope grinding of curved surface,the surface grinding force is an important pa-rameter to study the characteristics of surface grinding,the grinding state and the life of grinding wheel. In order to solve the problem that the surface grinding force is difficult to accurately obtain and analyze,caused by the dynamic change of curvature and grinding force,in this paper,a three-direction measurement system of grinding force was developed,then,the relationship between the grinding force measured and the compo-nent of grinding force was determined. Combining with the grinding conditions,the characteristics of grind-ing force was analyzed with different grinding angles. By comparing with the surface roughness and shape accuracy of wheel,the grinding force can be used to monitor the grinding state and the life of the grinding wheel in the grinding process. In this paper,the grinding force ratio 2.44 can be used as a criterion to judge the life of arc grinding wheel.%对于模具成型曲面的圆弧包络磨削,曲面磨削力是研究曲面磨削特性、砂轮磨削状态及寿命的重要参数.为解决曲率和磨削力动态变化引起的磨削力难以准确采集及分析的问题,文章首先搭建了三轴曲面磨削力采集系统,明确了三向压电测力仪测得的Fx, Fy,和Fz与磨削分力之间的关系,分析了各磨削条件及曲率对磨削力时域特性的影响.结合工件表面粗糙度、磨削力比及砂轮磨损,可用磨削合力来监控磨削状态及砂轮寿命.针对该实验中的磨削条件,磨削力比2.44可作为圆弧砂轮寿命的判断依据.
