基于磁粉制动器加载的滚珠丝杠试验台设计

         

摘要

针对航天伺服机构用精密滚珠丝杠传动在高速、高承载条件下良好的动态特性的要求,展开对精密滚珠丝杠在高速运动和加载条件下的动力学和热力学等特性的研究,设计出了一种基于磁粉制动器加载的滚珠丝杠副试验台,试验台主要包括:机械结构部分、控制系统、加载系统及数据采集系统.经调试运行,结果表明利用该试验台可以对滚珠丝杠副的传动效率、振动、模态、温升等性能进行测试,为滚珠丝杠副试验台的后续研发设计及滚珠丝杠副综合性能的优化提供了宝贵经验.%According to aerospace servo mechanism's requirements of precision ball screw transmission un-der the condition of high speed and high load,the paper researchs on the dynamics,thermodynamics and oth-er performance of ball screw under the condition of high speed and load.And a loading test bench for ball screw based on magnetic powder brake is designed. The test bench mainly includes: the mechanical struc-ture parts,control system,loading system and data acquisition system.After the trial run,the results show thatthe transmission efficiency,vibration,modal,temperature rise and other performance of ball screw can be measured by using this test bench. So it provides valuable experience for the design and research of test bench and optimization of comprehensive performance of ball screw.
