在城镇化发展的背景下，新疆城市发展逐步逼近其综合承载力的极限。本文基于“压力-状态-响应”（P S R）分析框架，构建了新疆城市综合承载力评价指标体系，对其城市综合承载力进行了评价研究。结果表明：新疆城市综合承载力呈显著下降趋势，空间分异特征明显；其中自然因素差异是其空间分异的主因，区域环境压力和城市建设水平差异的影响也正逐步提升，因此优化人口和产业在城镇间的合理布局是提升新疆城市综合竞争力的有效途径。%With the development of urbanization, the development of most Chinese cities is reaching to the limit of their comprehensive carrying capacities. This paper, based on the Pressure-State-Response framework, attempts to establish an evaluation index system to evaluate the comprehensive carrying capacities of Xinjiang. And the results indicate that overall, the comprehensive carrying capacities of these cities were signiifcantly decreased and were clearly divided into three different classes. This paper finds out currently the major causes of the spatial variations are various, but the spatial variations of regional environment pressure and urban construction regulation also play an increasingly greater role, so optimizing the distribution of population and industries between cities is an effective way to enhance the comprehensive carrying capacities.
