能量色散X射线荧光分析技术在环境空气质量监测中对铅测定的应用

         

摘要

EDXRF,Pb A novel method of EDXRF (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence) has been established to determine the lead in ambient air.According to the study of repeatability,uniformity,representativeness,parallelism and accuracy,the result is satisfactory.And it is consisting with the result of ICP.It costs more money and time to determine lead in ambient air in traditional method with low efficiency.In this paper,membranes were used to collect sample manually with the accordance norms,then determined the content of particulate matter and the lead content by energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence measurement technique.The correlation between lead and particle content was studied by analysis the repeatability,homogeneity,representativity and parallelity of measurement datas.Then the pretreated membranes were determined by ICP,the accuracy of results between ICP and EDXRF was satisfied.It provides the basis of determination lead in air with automatic monitoring system in next step,and could be widely used in the other metals.%传统方法测定环境空气中的铅成本高、耗时长、效率低.本文按照规范进行手工样品采集的滤膜,先测定颗粒物含量,再采用EDXRF技术测定,对测定数据的重复性、均匀性、代表性和平行性进行分析,研究铅含量与颗粒物相关性,最后对滤膜预处理用ICP法测定,并与ICP法结果进行准确性比较.研究结果满意,为下一步开发研制环境空气铅自动监测系统,推广至环境空气中其它金属测定提供依据.
