The paper mainly discussed the design of CMMB performance assessment system of mobile phone that working in CMMB receiver mode for ra- diated immunity test, including the method and re- alization of the performance assessment, and the de- sign of the software.%本文阐述了对于具有CMMB功能的手机．在移动多媒体广播业务下进行辐射抗扰度测试时的性能评估系统的设计，主要包括如何对移动多媒体广播业务的性能进行评估，怎么实现性能评估以及相关软件的设计。
