The beam profile monitor system consists of four domains: fluorescent target, CCD optical image system, OK-M70 card of using image data taking and computer process system. The sampling beam falls on the fluorescent target after a drift distance, CCD records this beam spot brightness distribution, the distribution signal is converted to digital signal after it goes through OK-M70 card, the digital signal is sent to computer for process. The Fig.1 shows the schematic of measure for beam profile.
