沙溪铜矿井下掘进工作面局部降温技术的应用

         

摘要

随着金属矿山资源日益深部化,深立井及超深立井施工过程中的矿井热害问题也日益突出,以沙溪铜矿千米深井为例,首先分析了地面送风风流余热、围岩传热、井下岩石爆破余热、井下设备散热等热源源头,然后根据国内外煤矿、金属矿建井期的降温经验,采用3种降温方式对比分析,确定了掘进工作面实施矿井排水散热的局部制冷降温方案。因掘进工作面局部降温送冷风距离长,利用热力学理论及经验公式定量分析了冷风输送量及送风温度对降温效果的影响,降温后风流的实测参数表明理论分析方法正确有效。根据降温前后风流温、湿度的实测对比分析,表明矿井排水散热的局部制冷降温可有效消除井下掘进工作面的热害影响,具有较好的借鉴意义。%With the metal resources is becoming deeper and deeper,the mine thermal pollution problem is increasingly prominent in the construction process of deep vertical shafts and supper deep ver-tical shafts.Taking the Shaxi copper mine as the research example,firstly,the heat sources such as waste heat of ground wind supply,transfer heat through wall rock,blasting waste heat of underground rock and heat dissipation of underground devices;secondly,based on the cooling experiences of construc-tion of domestic and overseas coal mines and metal mines,the three cooling methods are analyzed,the local cooling scheme that is cooling the tunneling face by the implementation of mine drainage is deter-mined.The local cool wind supply distances of tunneling faces are long,hereby,the influence of the cool wind throughput and supply wind temperature to cooling effects are analyzed quantitatively based on ther-modynamics theory and experience formula.The measured parameters of wind after cooling show that the theoretical analysis method is effective.The results of the temperature and humidity of the wind before and after cooling are contrasted and analyzed,the results show that the local cooling scheme by the imple-mentation of mine drainage is contributed to eliminate the heat hazard influence of underground tunneling faces,therefore,it has good reference significance.
