高硼高速钢轧辊在棒材切分轧制中的应用

摘要

介绍了山东石横特钢公司棒材车间在小规格热轧带肋钢筋切分轧制中高硼高速钢轧辊的应用情况，实践证明，该材质的轧辊使用后，Φ10mm、Φ12mm、Φ14mm、螺纹轧辊消耗分别比由09年轧辊单耗降低了0.035kg/t以上，可有效提高作业率及产品质量，创造较高的经济效益。%This paper introduced the application of high boron and high-speed steel roll in splitting and rolling for small dimension hot-rolled ribbed bar in Shangdong Shiheng Special Steel Group Co . , Ltd . Practice has shown that unit consumption of Φ10mm、Φ12mm、Φ14mm thread roll decreased more than 0 . 035g/t compared with 2009 . The operation rate and product quality can be improved significantly and more economic benefits can be created by using this technology .
