According to the theoretical analysis of the axial piston pump engendering loose slipper failure , a frequency range of 8~12kHz is selected to study the fault . After signals are processed , both normal pump and failure pump's power spectrums of low frequency signals are compared , which concludes that 171 . 5 Hz and its multiples are sensitive frequencies of axial piston pump's wear slipper fault .%通过对轴向柱塞泵产生松靴故障的机理分析,选取8~12kHz 特征频率范围来研究故障信息,经信号处理后,对比正常泵和故障泵的低频信号功率谱图,171.5 Hz及其倍频处是滑靴磨损故障特征的敏感频率。
