特种汽车轮边减速器加工工艺攻关

         

摘要

In view of the problem that setscrew of planetary frame can't be successfully installed during the process of side reducer assemble , this paper contrasts and analyzes combination process and parts process of wheel reducer shell and planetary frame, and proves parts process is the better one. In different stages of both processes is guaranteed technical safeguards method , which successfully solved the accuracy problem after the procession of reducer shell and planetary frame and greatly improved product quality and production efficiency .%针对特种汽车轮边减速器在装配过程中出现的行星架固定螺钉无法顺利安装的质量问题,对轮边减速器壳和行星架进行组合加工和分体加工对比试验及分析,最终确定了使用分体加工方案。试验过程中分阶段采取了相应有效的工艺保障措施,成功攻克了轮边减速器壳和行星架分体加工后的安装精度问题,大大提高了产品质量和生产效率。
