Base on the XDPS configuration software, a simulation software was developed, which can be used in teaching process of thermal detection and control technology professional. Firstly, the modeling approach in thermal process was introduced. Then, the point directory file was established, the DPU configuration was developed and the graphic animation was designed. Finally, the thermal control system was built in the software, the characteristic parameters and PID parameters can be adjusted,dynamically.The designed simulation software can improve students’ core skills.%以XDPS组态软件为平台,开发可应用于热控专业课程教学的仿真软件。系统介绍热工控制过程的建模方法,并在此基础上通过组态,生成操作界面,实现完整的热工控制系统仿真运行。通过仿真运行,在此操作界面上动态设置对象的特性参数和控制器的PID参数,并以曲线和数值的形式显示系统的输出,根据输出的变化情况可形象反应参数对系统性能的影响。仿真软件的开发和应用有效促进了学生核心技能的培养。
