两种铸造缺陷在精加工后的补救方法

         

摘要

机械产品中,有相当大比重的箱体类和机座类零件采用铸造毛坯。这类零件的外形和内腔结构复杂,不规则,加工时精度要求高。此类铸件多为单件、小批量生产,受生产条件、工艺流程等多方面因素的影响,气孔、夹砂、裂纹等铸造缺陷多有发生。同时,缺陷的位置又比较深,许多缺陷不能及时发现而流入精加工工序,严重影响零件质量。因此,本文主要介绍两种铸造缺陷在精加工阶段采取的挽救措施,以有效提高产品质量,保证生产进度,降低生产成本。%The mechanical products , a box and a considerable proportion of the parts by casting blank . The shape and cavity structure of this kind of parts are complex , irregular , and the precision of machining is high . This type of castings are mostly single and small batch production . It is affected by many factors , such as production conditions , process flow and so on . At the same time , the location of the defect is quite deep , many defects can not be found in time and flow into the finishing process , which seriously affects the quality of the parts . Therefore , this paper mainly introduces the two kinds of casting defects in the finishing stage of the rescue measures to effectively improve the quality of products , ensure production progress , reduce production costs .
