随钻密度质量控制算法研究及工程应用

         

摘要

Based on logging and calibration principles of LWD density , this project developed a suit of QC algorithm and its applicable software for LWD density . Actual logging data can be examined through calculations from original calibration factors and empiric values; new calibration factors can also be examined by last logging data and empiric values conversely to monitor the status of the calibration equipments and both near and far detectors of LWD density tools which provide a fresh frame mind of failure predication and maintenance for this kind of tools . Excellent results received when applied to equipments maintenance and field operation , and their convenient practical use and good economic returns make this profound innovation not only enriches ways of failure predication and maintenance , but also solves plenty of historical technical problems .%介绍了利用随钻密度测井和刻度原理开发出一套针对随钻密度仪器的质量控制算法及应用软件,实现通过原始刻度参数及测井经验值对实际测井数据的校验,利用经验测井数据对现行刻度得出的参数进行检查,从而对铝、镁刻度块、近及远探头的状态进行检测。该技术应用于装备维修及作业现场取得了良好效果,丰富了该种仪器的检测维保及故障判断手段,解决了工程技术难题。
