针对石油焦罐式煅烧炉底板表面温度高、散热损失严重的问题,本文提出了一种炉底板换热器,实现炉底散热的有效回收利用。采用数值模拟的方法研究了炉底板换热器内的流固耦合换热及流动情况,得到了不同流速下炉底板换热器温度分布和炉底板换热器内部的流动及传热规律,为炉底板的优化设计提供了分析依据。%The high surface temperature and heat loss are two serious problems in petroleum coke pot calcining furnace bottom plate . In order to solve the problems , a new furnace bottom plate heat exchanger is established . It can realize effective recycling of furnace bottom dissipation heat . Using numerical simulation method , fluid-solid heat transfer and flow in the heat exchanger are studied . Distribution of temperature inside the heat exchanger is obtained under different flow velocity , also the flow of fluid in the heat exchanger and the heat transfer law are established . Apply the numerical simulation analysis , it can provide basis for optimization designing of furnace bottom plate .
