Along with the society to the mechanical property request more and more high, must carry on the quality management and the plan to the mechanical processing entire process, in order to guarantee the machine processing work smoothly to carry on. In this paper, through the analysis of the existing problems in the field of mechanical processing production quality management, to explore the quality management optimization strategy, designed to provide reference for the quality management of China's machinery processing production site.%随着社会对机械性能的要求越来越高，要对机械加工的整个过程展开质量管理和规划，以保证机械加工工作的顺利进行。本文通过分析机械加工生产现场质量管理存在的问题，探讨质量管理优化策略，旨在为我国机械加工生产现场质量管理提供参考。
