机械制造的工艺可靠性

摘要

As China's current stage of mechanical manufacturing technology is relatively scarce , so the mechanical manufacturing process reliability research is still in the primary stage. At present, China's machinery manufacturing process reliability only stay on the product design research , the interaction between the influence elements of relia-bility of process and the existing in the actual situation of many of the mechanical manufacturing, mutual influence is often neglected. This ar-ticle in view of this phenomenon , the mechanical manufacturing process reliability of the factors and improvement measures to analyze one by one to explore, hoping to provide some help for the progress and devel-opment of machinery manufacturing industry today .%由于我国现阶段关于机械制造方面的工艺技术较为匮乏，因此对机械制造工艺可靠性的研究还处于初级阶段。目前，我国对机械制造的工艺可靠性仅仅停留于产品的设计研究上，实际状况中所存在的诸多对机械制造工艺可靠性的影响要素以及各要素之间的相互作用、相互影响却往往被忽视。本文针对这一现象，对机械制造中工艺可靠性的影响因素及改进措施进行逐一分析探究，希望能为当今机械制造业的进步与发展提供一定帮助。
