中型液压挖掘机斗杆拼点工装的设计

摘要

本文主要根据了中型液压挖掘机斗杆的结构特点与机加工的精度要求，设计了适用生产的工装设备。此工装可以克服以前因为定位不准确，不可靠等原因造成的产品质量不达标等问题。%According to the structural characteristics of the hy-draulic excavator bucket rod and the accuracy of the machining , tooling equipment was designed to the application of the production equipment . This tool can overcome the problem that the previous position is not accurate , unreliable and other reasons caused by product quality stan-dards and other issues .
