采煤机截割煤岩嵌入测量装置设计研究

         

摘要

为获得采煤机截割煤岩工作过程中滚筒截割性能的影响因素,提出采用支持 FAT 文件系统的嵌入式测试装置对截割过程相关参数进行测量。该嵌入式测量装置在不需要外接导线的条件下,保证采集到煤岩截割工作过程中的受力和振动信号能够被直接存储,具有完整的数据采集和存储功能,从而为上位机做数据分析提供可靠保障,减少信号损失及干扰信号的影响。%In order to obtain the influence factors of the cutting performance of the roller during the cutting process of the coal mining machine , the embedded test device which supports the FAT file system is put forward to measure the cutting process parameters . The embed-ded measurement device needs no outer conductors , which collected in the work process of coal rock cutting by force , and the vibration signal can be stored directly , with complete data collection and storage , and computer data analysis provide a reliable guarantee , reduce loss of sig-nal and interference signal is less affected .
