高速数控车床进给系统切削运动平稳性分析

     

摘要

Feeding system is an important component for high-speed CNC lathe,its influence of stationarity of cutting motion is very prominent to processing quality of part. Analyzes cutting force of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe, constructs virtual prototyping of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe based on ADAMS software. In order to improve analysis efficiency, the initial design model of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe is simplified, it doesn't affect simulation. According to the simulation of ADAMS software, the motion error curves at X, Y and Z direction of mass center of X_ plate is obtained, it can supply reference for the design of feeding system on high-speed CNC lathe.%高速数控车床的进给系统是其重要部件,其切削运动平稳性对产品的加工质量影响非常突出.分析了高速数控车床进给系统切削力,应用ADAMS软件建立了高速数控车床进给系统刚体和柔性体结合的动力学虚拟样机,为了提高分析效率,对高速数控车床进给系统原始设计进行了简化,这些简化均不会对整体应力分布有明显影响.通过仿真分析,得到了高速进给系统X向进给平台质心的X、Y、Z三个方向运动轨迹的误差曲线,仿真结果验证了所设计的高速车床进给系统达到了要求,为高速数控车床进给系统的设计提供了依据.
