内螺旋齿面非典型成形铣削方法及应用技术研究

         

摘要

According to characteristics of the PDM’s stator which has large lead,even heads,smooth and continuous inner heli-coids, proposed an atypical quasi-symmetric milling method using disc milling cutter within a continuous inner helicoid .De-scribes a method for forming the features of the atypical milling method is described .The interference conditions of the method in the specific cutting motion constraints are studied .The feasibility of this processing technology used in machining of the inner spi-ral surface whin the PDM ’ s motor stator and the screw pump stator is verified by the cutting test .%针对具有大导程、偶数头、光滑连续特点的螺杆钻具马达定子细长螺旋内齿面,提出了一种用成形盘状铣刀对称、连续铣削的成形方法,阐述了成形方法的特征。研究了在特定的切削运动约束条件下,刀具与工件理论齿面的干涉条件判定方法。通过切削试验,验证了此加工技术应用于螺杆钻具马达定子、螺杆泵定子内螺旋曲面加工的可行性。
