双面精密研磨用极压研磨油的实用配比

摘要

Using domestic mineral oil,after secondary refining,removing colloid,taking its light fraction,the mineral base oil be obtained with high flash point and low viscosity;Add a certain amount of additive ,the extreme pressure grinding oil can be made of,used for double precision grinding process .After ten years of actual production verification ,the part’s processing quality and the extreme pressure grinding oil ’ s performance is stable and reliable ,has a certain practical value .Combined with double preci-sion grinding process feature , puts forward the main technical indicators and practical proportioning for the extreme pressure grinding oil .%采用国产矿物油经过二次精炼、去除胶质，取其轻质馏分，获得高闪点、低黏度的矿物基础油；加入一定量的添加剂制得极压研磨油，并用于双面精密研磨加工。经过十余年的生产验证，零件的加工质量和极压研磨油的性能稳定、可靠，具有一定的实用价值。结合双面研磨的工艺特点，给出了极压研磨油的主要技术指标和实用配比。
