旋转平台动力学模态分析

         

摘要

Briefly introduces the automatic production equipment of rotary sound-absorbing board.In addition,a three-dimensional model of the rotating platform of Sound-absorbing board production line is established by the use of Solidworks.In order to predict the vibration of the rotating platform,a dynamics modal analysis using the software,ANSYS Workbench,is carried out for it,and we obtained its inherent frequency and its mode of vibration eventually.Consequently,it is good for us to have a knowledge of the vibration characteristic of the rotating platform,which provides an important reference for the production line of optimization design.%简要介绍了旋转式吸音板自动生产设备,并通过SolidWorks软件对生产线的旋转平台进行三维实体建模,为了预测旋转平台的振动情况,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行动力学模态分析,获得了前六阶固有频率与振型,从而了解了旋转平台的振动特性,为生产线的优化设计提供了重要参考.
