湿式制动驱动桥壳环焊缝真空电子束焊接工艺研究

         

摘要

通过对湿式制动驱动桥壳材料的焊接性和焊接结构分析,研究了用真空电子束焊接湿式制动驱动桥壳本体与半轴套管的工艺方法,并对焊接过程中存在的主要问题、焊接接头的力学性能和显微组织进行了分析,确定其最佳工艺参数。结果表明,焊接接头的性能符合国家相关标准且焊后桥壳变形小,耐疲劳性能好,其使用性能完全满足湿式制动驱动桥壳的设计要求。%Through the analysis of the weldability and welding structure of the material of wet brake drive axle housing,the welding process of axle housing and axle housing tube with vacuum electron beam welding were studied.The main problem arising during welding,the mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joints were analysed,and the weld tech-nique parameters were decided.The results indicate that the performance of welded joints meet the national standard,and there is little deformation with the axle housing after welding,the fatigue performance is good,the operational performance entirely meets the wet brake drive axle housing’s design specifications.
