涡轴发动机起动电机地面扭矩特性计算分析

摘要

Starter-generator is used for starter to drive turboshaft engine operation during starting.This paper mainly intro-duces the calculation method of the torque character of starter-generator during the turboshaft engine starts on the ground. To enhance the precision and stability of torque character during starting,this study did digital filtering for rotor acceleration data by using a method of first-order inertia filtering.At last,it took a certain type of turboshaft engine as an example and got a satisfied result by the method.It provides reference for future design.%起动发电机在涡轴发动机的起动过程中作为起动机带转发动机工作。主要介绍了起动发电机在涡轴发动机地面起动过程的扭矩特性计算方法，为提高起动扭矩特性的精度和稳定性，采用一阶惯性滤波方法对转子加速度数据进行了数字滤波，最后，以某型涡轴发动机为例，通过采用上述方法，得到了较为满意的扭矩特性，可为设计提供参考。
