目的:探讨CMSXIO4.64制定鼻咽癌调强计划时,SmartSequence(SS)和SlidingWnd(SW)两种子野分割算法的区别。方法:对9例鼻咽癌患者进行初步通量优化,采用两种子野分割算法进行子野权重优化(Segment weight optimization,SWO)。比较两者靶区和危及器官剂量分布、机器跳数、总子野数和治疗时间。结果:两种算法所得计划均能符合临床剂量要求,SW子野分割算法形成的计划在机器跳数、总子野数和治疗时间分别是S S的1.51倍、2.03倍、1.30倍,靶区和危及器官剂量未见明显区别。结论:制定鼻咽癌调强计划时,相对于S W子野分割算法,S S可以减少子野数和机器跳数以及治疗时间。%Objective:When developing nasopharynx cancer IMRT plans by CMSXIO4.64, the differences of two segmenting algorithms of SmartSequence and SlidingWnd was investigated.Methods: 9 patients with nasopharynx cancer were primarily optimized, and two segmenting algorithms were adopted to process the Segment Weight Optimization (SWO). Then the dose distribution, monitor unit, the total number of segments and treatment time of target areas and organs at risk were compared.Results:The plans resulting from two algorithms are able to meet the clinical dose requirements. The plan formed from segmenting algorithm of SlidingWnd was 1.51 times, 2.03 times and 1.30 times higher than plan of SmartSequence on monitor unit, the total number of segments and treatment time respectively.Conclusion: When formulating nasopharynx cancer IMRT plans, compared with SlidingWnd segmenting algorithm, SmartSequence segmenting algorithm can reduce the total number of segments, monitor unit and treatment time.
