数据线接口的电磁感应加热焊接模型仿真研究

         

摘要

针对电磁感应加热在数据线端口焊接中的应用,针对该模型进行了有限元仿真研究,分析了在交变磁场中金属导线上的磁场分布、涡流分布和功率损耗.结果表明,在该尺寸模型中所产生均匀分布的交变磁场,能使得实例中的19根数据端口导线上涡流损耗分布均匀,有利于提高焊接工作的加工质量和效率.%According to the application of electromagnetic induction heating for data wire welding, a simulation model was created and studied by means of finite element method (FEM). In the alternating magnetic field, magnetic field distribution, eddy current distribution and power consumption on the metal wires were studied, and the results show that the model can produce uniform magnetic field, making 19 wires on the data port have uniform eddy current loss, which helps improve quality and efficiency of the welding process.
