基于MOCCⅡ和CCCⅡ的三输入单输出滤波器的设计

         

摘要

The second-order current mode multi-function filter based on the second-generation multi-output current conveyor (MOCCII ) and the second-generation current-controlled current conveyor (CCCII) is designed. Its circuit structure is simple, and low-pass, band-pass and high-pass functions can be realized by choosing the different current input ports. The passive components are all grounded. It is easy to be integrated and is compatible with VLSI technology. The designed circuit has low sensitivity. PSPICE simulation analysis for the circuit is performed. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that thecircuit approach is feasible.%设计一种基于多输出电流传送器( MOCCⅡ)和电流控制传送器(CCCⅡ)的二阶电流模式多功能滤波器,其电路结构简单,通过选择不同的输入端口,可以实现低通、带通,高通的功能,无源元件全部接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容.所设计的电路具有很低的灵敏度,最后对该电路进行PSpice仿真分析,理论分析和计算机仿真结果相符,表明电路方案正确可行.
