To solve the problems of low charging efficiency and single output of the stand-alone photovoltaic power systems for automatic weather stations, and improve the power efficiency, a new photovoltaic controller with the output of plus or minus 12V was designed by means of bq24610 chip and ATmegal6L microcontroller. The controller can execute real-time detection of battery voltage, uses reasonable and accurate battery charge and discharge control strategies for charge and discharge, and has the protection functions of battery overcharge, overdischarge and anti-charge. It can effectively protect the batterys and extend the service life of batterys. Through experimental testing and practical application, the rationality of controller design and system stability are validated.%为解决自动气象站独立光伏供电系统充电效率低、输出单一的问题,同时提高电源的使用效率.在此利用bq24610芯片和ATmega16L单片机设计了一款具有输出±12 V的新型光伏控制器.该控制器实时检测蓄电池端电压,采用合理并精确的充放电控制策略对蓄电池进行充放电,同时还具有过充过放保护、防反充保护功能,有效地保护了蓄电池和延长了蓄电池的使用寿命.通过实验测试和实际应用,验证了该控制器的设计合理性和系统稳定性.
