DM6446中的高清数字视频显示接口设计

摘要

The video output resolution of DM6446 in the VENC standard mode is not large enough to show the high-defini-tion video and draw the bitmap GUI,so it needs to be configured to support the high-definition video output in VENC non-stan-dard mode. By directly configuring the internal PLL and the VENC timing-generator modules,the pixel clock and the synchro-nize time-sequence control signals needed for displaying the high-definition digital video can be produced. The high-definition digital video display of VENC output in the resolution of 720P,1080P and WUXGA is achieved finally through the DVI display port of the chip TFP410. This method has a simple circuit structure,convenient configuration,and stable displaying effect. It provides a reference for designing high-definition digital video displaying interface for the DM6446-based embedded multimedia system.%　　DM6446在VENC标准模式下视频输出的分辨率有限，不适用于高清视频的显示和位图层控制界面的绘制，因此需要将其配置成非标准模式下的高清数字视频输出。这里通过直接对芯片内部PLL以及VENC时序发生器的配置，产生显示高清数字视频所需的像素时钟和同步控制时序信号，VENC的输出再经由TFP410提供的DVI显示接口，最终实现了720P，1080P以及WUXGA分辨率下的高清数字视频显示。此方法电路实现简单，系统配置灵活，且视频显示稳定，为基于DM6446的嵌入式多媒体系统高清数字视频显示接口提供了有效的参考方案。
