基于MAS的气象信息发布平台的设计与运用

摘要

A scheme to combinate the meteorological department's own business and office systems with communication operators′ MONET by MAS to build a safe and convenient two-way information channel is introduced. Through SMS,MMS and other means,the personalized weather information service can be provided for users at any time and anywhere. The meteorologi-cal information is spreaded to various mobile terminals through MAS. It is pointed out there are some potential safety hazards in practical use of the platform,and the reasonable solution is given.%介绍了如何利用MAS将气象部门自身的业务和办公系统与通信运营商的移动网络相结合，建立一条安全便捷的信息双向传递的通道。通过SMS（短信）、MMS（彩信）等应用随时、随地为广大用户提供个性化的气象信息服务。通过MAS将气象信息有效地延伸到各类移动终端。同时也指出了该平台在实际使用中存在的安全隐患等问题，并给出了合理的解决方案。
