为了解决公交车上的让座问题,采用问卷调查法、访谈法和统计法,对是否应该通过产品设计解决让座问题进行了调查与分析.基于人机工程学和设计心理学理论,设计了一套由求助按钮、屏幕显示、车座应答按钮和指示灯显示组成的产品系统,并通过声光提示、中心控制单元、无线传输和可充电电池组技术,解决电源自给、信息无线应答、分类求座、让座事件统计、人性化声光提示等问题.通过测试,该套产品能够有效解决公交车让座问题,通过产品营造和谐的公交车乘车环境.%To solve the seat-offering problem existing in buses,the seat-offering problem which should be solved by prod-uct design or not was investigated and analyzed by using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and statistics. Based on the theories of ergonomics and design psychology,a product system was designed,which is composed of help seeking button, screen display,seat response buttons and indicator lights display. The problems of power self-sufficiency,information wireless response, seat-seeking classification,seat-offering statistics,humanization sound-light prompt are solved by sound-light prompt,central control unit,wireless transmission and rechargeable battery group technology. The testing result shows that the product can solve the problem of seat-offering effectively and create a harmonious travel environment in buses.
