为了提高工业设计的合理性评估能力,提出一种基于视觉表达和图像分析的工业设计合理性评估方法.以工业设计工件为例,首先采用数字扫描成像技术进行工业设计工件的视觉成像采集,对采集的工业设计工件视觉图像进行中值滤波降噪预处理,然后提取工件的边缘轮廓特征,采用Harris角点检测方法对工件的关键加工点进行定位检测和合理性评估.最后进行仿真测试分析,结果表明,采用该方法进行工业工件设计,对设计的合理性评估的准确性能更好,评价指标更明确.%In order to improve the ability of reasonableness assessment for industrial design,an evaluation method of industrial design rationality based on visual expression and image analysis is put forward.Taking an industrial design workpiece as an example,the digital scanning imaging technology is used to perform visual image acquisition of industrial design workpiece.The median filtering noise reduction preprocessing of the acquired visual image of the industrial design workpiece is carried out.The edge contour features are extracted.Harris corner detection method is adopted to conduct location detection and the rationality evaluation for the key processing points of the workpiece.The simulation test and analysis results show that the method is more accurate for design rationality evaluation of the industrial workpiece and its evaluation index is more explicit.
