大学文化进化的内在机制

摘要

Fundamentally speaking,university is a cultural institution.On the perspective of history,the university is an evolutionary organization with the times of the culture development However ,the cultural evolution of the university has its intrinsic mechanism such as dynamic mechanism ,subjective mechanism , transforming mechanism and feedback mechanism which are the key to deeply understand university culture and its organizational change and development.Exploring the connotation and characteristic of cultural evolution and the internal mechanism of the university is a better way to promote culture construction of our modern university.%从根本上说，大学是一个文化机构。从历史的维度看，大学还是一个不断进化的机构，其文化也在与时俱进。但是，大学文化进化具有内在的机制，具体地讲，大学文化进化的动力机制、主体机制、转化机制、反馈机制是深入了解大学文化甚至大学组织变革与发展的一把钥匙。探讨大学文化进化的内涵及特征，解剖其内在机制，或许能够在某种程度上更好地推进我国现代大学文化建设。
