威斯康星大学系统运行模式对我国地方院校发展的启示

摘要

The university of Wisconsin system is one of the most famous public university systems in the United States,and its operating mode has played a powerful role in promoting the healthy development for the branch schools. The highest organization of the University of Wisconsin system consists of a board of directors and several main executive agencies ,and all the branch schools receive the unified guidance ,coordination and supervision of the university system. Simultaneously , they are independent and the relatively independent educational entities with the independent operation and development model. The organization and management mode of the University of Wisconsin system deserve to be used by China ’s local universities and colleges for reference.%威斯康星大学系统是美国著名的公立大学系统之一，其构建的大学系统运行模式对于各分校的健康发展发挥了有力的促进作用。威斯康星大学系统最高组织由一个董事会和若干主要执行机构组成，各分校要接受来自大学系统的统一指导、协调和监督。同时各分校又具有独立性，是相对独立的办学实体，有独立的运行发展模式。威斯康星大学系统的组织机构与管理模式对于我国地方院校的发展有所启示。
