大学章程文化的研究是一种经验性的叙述、整体性的审视和合理性的追问，暗含着认识、分析和解决大学章程现实问题的立场。大学章程文化是大学举办者、管理者、师生对于大学章程的意识形态以及章程规范、大学组织与设施等内容总概括，展现出法治型文化、权利型文化和开放型文化的典型特征，其结构包含着显性和隐性大学章程文化，不仅在制度、组织与机制层面散发着文化的光彩，而且深深地扎根于举办者、师生等章程主体的心理、意识、信仰与行为模式之中。在高等教育现代化的进程中，我国大学章程文化需要实现向权利本位、个人本位、开放兼容以及混合型发展道路转向。%The research on the culture of university statues is not only an empirical and integral description but a rational inquiry,which implies the position of cognizing,analyzing and resolving the realistic issues of university statues. The culture of university statues is the summarization of the ideology of sponsors,administrators,teachers and students and the organization,facilities meanwhile. It reveals the typical features of legal culture,right culture and open culture. The culture of university statues contains express and implied culture that gives off the splendor in the system,organization and mechanism. It entrenches itself in the mentality,consciousness,models of behavior of the subject of university statues. During the process of modernization of the higher education,the culture of university statues should take the right standard, individual-based,open and compatible hybrid development path.
