人本观下的高等教育哲学--读张楚廷《高等教育哲学》

People-oriented is the key content of the Scientific Outlook on Development. It needs the people-oriented theory and practice in education. Zhang chuting carried on system research to the people-oriented theory and carried on some practices. The paper introduces Zhang chuting's people-oriented theory, On its basis, analyses his people-oriented theory of "The philosophy of Higher Education", finally point out some proposals about constructing modern-university's idea.%“以人为本”是科学发展观的核心内容。教育领域最需要“以人为本”的教育思想和实践。张楚廷先生对人本教育思想有着系统研究和一定的教育实践。本文在张楚廷先生的人本观教育思想基础上研读高等教育哲学的人本观，最后提出建构现代大学理念的建议。
