目的 初步探索晚期大肠癌常见病性证素及其与外周血p53、nm23基因表达的关系.方法 运用"证素辨证"的方法,对120例晚期大肠癌患者进行病性证素辨证,检测其中90例晚期大肠癌患者的外周血p53、nm23的表达水平,研究该病种常见病性证素与外周血p53、nm23基因表达的关系.结果 ①气虚、血虚、湿、热为其主要的病性特征,阳虚、阴虚、血瘀、痰、气滞也较为多见.②血瘀证素组的外周血p53表达水平明显高于其他实证证素组(P<0.05),而nm23表达水平明显低于其他实证证素组(P<0.05):阳虚、阴虚证素组的外周血p53表达水平明显高于气虚、血虚证素组(P<0.05),而nm23表达水平明显低于气虚、血虚证素组(P<0.05).结论 气虚、血虚、湿、热为晚期大肠癌主要的病性特征;血瘀、阳虚、阴虚各证素组与外周血p53、nm23基因表达水平的比较上存在有明显的差异.%Objective To explore the distribution of disease character of syndrome elements of advanced colorectal cancer, as well as its relationship to p53, nm23 gene in peripheral blood. Methods The common syndrome elements distribution of 120 patients with advanced colorectal cancer was studied using syndrome element differentiation method, p53 and nm23 genes in peripheral blood were also detected in 90 patients , and the relationship among the disease character of syndrome elements, p53 ,and nm23 gene in peripheral blood was analyzed. Results 1. Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, heat dampeness were the main characteristics in advanced colorectal cancer, and yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm and qi stagnation were also found frequently in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. 2. The expression levels of p53 in stasis syndrome had a significant increase than any other syndrome elements ( P ＜ 0.05), but nm 23 had a lower expreesion (P ＜ 0.05). The expression levels of p53 in yang deficiency and ying deficiency syndromes had a significant increase than qi deficiency and blood deficiency (P ＜ 0.05). while nm 23 had alower expression (P ＜0.05). Conclusion 1. Qi deficiency, Blood edficiency, heat, dampeness were the main charaaerisacs in advanced colorectal cancer patients,it was also happened more in yang deficiency , yin deficiency , phlegm and qi stagnation. 2. Compared with other type of syndrome, stasis syndrome, yang deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome showed significant differences in the expression levels of p53, nm23 genes in peripheral blood.
