多发性骨髓瘤的治疗进展

摘要

Multiple myeloma is an incurable disease.Recently,according to the progress in the biological features of multiple myeloma,the treatment of multiple myeloma had improved remarkably.This paper reviews the progress in the treatment of multiple myeloma,including high-dose chemo-radiotherapy followed hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,CD34+ selection,immunotherapy(such as antibody therapy,dendritic cell,vaccination,donor lymphocyte infusion,IL-2 therapy,the reversion of multidrug-resistant),supportive care(biphosphonates,erythropoietin),interferon,thalidomide.%多发性骨髓瘤是一种不可治愈的恶性肿瘤。近年来，随着对其生物学特性的不断认识，多发性骨髓瘤的治疗也取得了很大进展。本文就多发性骨髓瘤的大剂量放、化疗加造血干细胞移植、CD34+细胞筛选、免疫治疗、支持治疗、干扰素维持治疗、Thalidomide等新进展进行了综述。
