扇形准直仪在脑血流灌注核素显像中的临床应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical value of fan-shaped collimator in brain perfusion scintig-raphy. Methods Discovery VH multifunction SPECT (from General Electric Company)with low energy fanbeam collimator and corresponding sensitivity corrected images were used to perform cerebral blood flow perfusion imaging. There were 14 patients with epilepsy, 7 patients with cerebral ischemic dis-eases. Results Image resolutions and clarities with fanbeam collimator were much more improved than with traditional parallel hole collimator,especially for deep brain nuclei foci. Lesion detection rate was 100%. Conclusion The image quality of cerebral blood flow perfusion imaging for epilepsy and cere-bral ischemic diseases has been significantly improved with fan-shaped collimator than with traditional parallel hole collimator,which can provide more accurate imaging data for clinical diagnosis.%目的探讨扇形准直仪在脑血流灌注核素显像中的临床应用价值。方法采用美国GE公司生产的Discov-ery VH多功能SPECT,配备低能扇形偏心放大准直仪(Fanbeam Collimators)及相应的灵敏度校正图为14例癫痫、7例脑缺血性疾病的患者进行脑血流灌注显像。结果图像分辨率及清晰度较传统的平行孔准直仪要有显著提高,尤其脑深部一些核团更为明显。病灶检出率为100%。结论利用扇形准直仪进行核素成像对癫痫病灶定位、脑缺血性疾病的诊断较传统的平行孔准直仪采集技术在图像质量方面有了显著提高,为临床提供更准确的影像学诊断依据。
