顺尔宁联合抗生素支气管扩张剂治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎的临床分析

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of singulair with antibiotic bronchodilator treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis .Method A total of 120 cases of chronic asthmatic bronchitis patients were treated from January 2010 to December 2012 .These patients were randomized , divided into control group and treatment group , sixty cases in each group respectively .In the treatment group ,the patients use singu-lair with antibiotic bronchodilator treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis;In contrast,antibiotic joint bron-chodilator were used in treating patients in control groups .The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared .Results Total effective rate in singulair treatment group was 96%,the control group total effective rate was 74.2%,there is a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Singulair with Antibiot-ic Bronchodilator treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis has a very good effect ,it deserves popularization and application in clinical .%目的对慢性喘息性支气管炎采用顺尔宁和抗生素以及支气管扩张剂治疗的效果进行观察和分析。方法我院在2010年1月～2012年12月共收治了120例慢性喘息性支气管炎患者。对这些患者进行随机分组，分成对照组和试验组，每组60例。试验组使用顺尔宁联合抗生素、支气管扩张剂治疗，对照组采用抗生素联合支气管扩张剂治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果。结果顺尔宁治疗组的总有效率为96％，对照组总有效率为74．2％，两者比较差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论采用顺尔宁联合抗生素和支气管扩张剂来治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎具有非常好的效果，在临床上值得进行推广和应用。
