子宫平滑肌肉瘤的诊断与治疗进展

The related literature of diagnosis and treatment of uterine leiomyosarcoma research at home and abroad in recent years,were analyzed. Results The clinical features of uterine leiomyosarcoma was not specific, and the diagnosis was difficult and the curative effect was not just as one’ s wishes.Early detection and diagnosis of uterine leiomyosarcoma, operation combined with therapy scheme, can effec-tively reduce the morbidity and mortality of uterine leiomyosarcoma.%对近年来国内外子宫平滑肌肉瘤的诊断与治疗研究的相关文献进行整理分析。结果子宫平滑肌肉瘤临床特点不具特异性，诊断困难且治疗效果不尽如人意。尽早发现并确诊子宫平滑肌肉瘤，进行手术结合辅助的综合治疗方案，可有效降低子宫平滑肌肉瘤的发病率与死亡率。
