目的：探讨艾司西酞普兰与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法本研究按照随机数字表法将60例患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例，其中研究组患者采用艾司西酞普兰治疗，而对照组则采用氟西汀治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、HAMD评分及不良反应。结果研究组患者治疗2w后即起效，且HAMD评分明显低于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的不良反应发生率（36.67%）与对照组（40.00%）比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论艾司西酞普兰在治疗抑郁症方面，与氟西汀相比临床疗效佳，起效快，安全性好，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To study the clinical curative effect between escitalopram and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, and the study group was treated with escitalopram while the control group with flu-oxetine treatment, comparing the two groups of patients with the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and HAMD score. Results After treating for 2 weeks, the study group patients took effects fast, and the HAMD score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In total efficiency, the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the study group (36.67%) and control group (40.00%) in the incidence rate of adverse reactions. Conclusion In the treatment of depression,compared with fluoxetine, escitalopram is better, faster and safer in clinical effects, which can be widely used.
