目的：探讨中医辩证治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的74例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各37例，对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组采用中医辩证治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.6%，显著高于对照组患者的75.7%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组患者的临床症状消失时间少于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用中医辩证治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效确切，不良反应少，且操作较为简便，可推广性强，是一种理想的治疗方式。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differ-entiation in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 74 patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital were randomly divided into routine Western medicine treatment group (control group) and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment group (observa-tion group), 37 cases in each group, compared the clinical effect of cases in two groups. Results The total effective rate of cases in the observation group was 94.6%, significantly higher than that in control group (75.7%), there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), the clinical symptoms disappeared time of cases in observation group were less than cases in control group, there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking traditional Chi-nese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment has good clinical effect and less adverse reaction, and the operation is simple, the promotion is strong, so it is an ideal treatment method.
