不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压病合并高脂血症的对照研究

摘要

Objective To compare the difference of the different doses of simvastatin for hyperlipidemia treatment of hypertension.Methods Selected 56 cases of elderly patients with hypertension combined hyperlipidemia as the research object admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2014, and using the random number table method , divided them into research group and the control group, each group had the 28 cases, the research group was treated with 40 mg/d of simvastatin, the control group was given 20 mg/d of simvastatin, and then compared the treatment total effective rate and adverse reactions of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in the two groups.Results The treatment total effective rate and adverse reactions of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in the research group were respectively 92.86%and 89.29%, were higher than 75.0% and 71.43% of control group (P<0.05); the difference of the adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant .Conclusions Elderly patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension treated with high-dose ( 40 mg /d) of simvastatin treatment compared to smaller doses ( 20 mg /d) , the efficacy of regulation is better,does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 比较不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压病合并高脂血症的疗效差异.方法选取2012年3月~2014年4月我院收治的56例老年高血压病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各28例,研究组给予辛伐他汀40mg/d治疗,对照组给予辛伐他汀20mg/d治疗,综合比较两组患者高血压、高脂血症治疗总有效率和不良反应情况.结果:研究组高血压、高脂血症治疗总有效率分别为92.86%、89.29%,高于对照组的75.0%、71.43%(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 辛伐他汀40mg/d治疗老年高血压病合并高脂血症效果确切,优于20mg/d的剂量治疗,不增加药物不良反应,值得临床推广使用.
