中医药辨证治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后远期疗效评价

摘要

Objective To observe and evaluate the long-term efficacy of TCM differential method in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis after surgery. Methods 60 patients with chronic rhinosinusi-tis from January 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital for surgical treatment were divided into the the control group and observation group by digital method, and 30 patients in each group. The two groups were taken with conventional treatment, and the observation group was also taken with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation as the guide targeted treatment. The total efficiency rates and SNOT-20 scale scores for the two groups were compared.Results The ?total effective rate 1-year follow-up in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Af-ter 1 year and 2 year, the SNOT-20 scale score in the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05, there were significant differences.Conclusion TCM Differential in the treat-ment of such patients in the application is better, it can improve epithelial changing and normalize nasal function, we believe the long-term effect of TCM Differential in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis after surgery is better, and the clinical value is higher.%目的：观察及评估中医药辨证治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的术后远期疗效。方法将2011年1月~2012年10月于本院进行手术治疗的60例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者按数字法分为对照组和观察组各30例，所有患者统一接受FESS的围手术期规范治疗。观察组在实施内窥镜下鼻窦手术之后通过中医辨证方案进行治疗12w。然后将两组患者的随访1年总有效率、随访1年及随访2年的SNOT-20量表评分进行比较。结果观察组随访1年的总有效率明显高于对照组，随访1年及随访2年的SNOT-20量表评分也均低于对照组，P均＜0.05，均有显著性差异。结论中医药辨证治疗在此类患者中的应用能促进黏膜上皮化，恢复鼻腔功能，我们认为中医药辨证治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的术后远期疗效较好，临床应用价值较高。
