指挥信息体系作战需求鲁棒论证方法框架

         

摘要

Traditional operational requirement demonstration method can't deal well with uncertainty in the development of C4ISR system of systems.The definition of operational requirement is expounded,formal conceptual models are built,and the multi-level and multi-viewpoint requirement descriptive framework is constructed about C4ISR system of systems.The uncertainties are analyzed in C4ISR system of systems demonstration,the robustness is defined,and robust demonstration process is constructed of C4ISR system of systems operational requirement demonstration.The involving key problems are described,including mission-task robust analysis,capability requirement robust exploration,system solution design based on SOA (service-oriented architecture) and robust optimization and decision of solutions and etc.%传统的作战需求论证方法已经无法较好地处理指挥信息体系建设中的不确定性.首先给出作战需求的定义,构建了指挥信息体系作战需求形式化概念模型,并建立了多层次多视点的指挥信息体系作战需求描述框架.在此基础上,分析了指挥信息体系论证中的不确定性,定义了鲁棒性,构建了指挥信息体系作战需求鲁棒论证的过程.最后对涉及的关键问题,包括使命任务鲁棒分析、能力需求鲁棒探索、基于SOA的体系方案设计,以及方案鲁棒优化决策等进行了初步探析.
