应用OODA环模型研究装备对体系贡献程度

摘要

For the equipment optimization issues,the contribution degree of equipment to system-of-systems (SoS) is studied.The observe orient decide act(OODA) loop theory is introduced to analyze the process of SoS confrontation.The concept of SoS confrontation is abstracted into the confrontation between two OODA loops.Then,the contribution degree of equipment to SoS is analyzed,which includes the analysis of the structure of the weapon system of systems(WSoS) based on OODA loop.A capability evaluation model of WSoS based on OODA loop is put forward.Also,a small case is studied to verify the feasibility of the model.%针对装备优化问题,研究装备对体系的贡献作用和贡献程度.引入OODA环理论,分析了基于OODA环的作战体系对抗过程,将体系对抗抽象为两大OODA环之间的对抗.然后着重分析了装备对体系的贡献程度,其中主要分析基于OODA环的装备体系结构,并依据装备到OODA环整体能力的映射过程,建立了基于OODA环的体系能力评估模型,最后对一个案例进行评估与分析,验证了模型的可行性.
