不同等级山药种栽与其内源激素(IAA、GA3)含量及蔗糖酶活性之间相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:由于山药在种植过程中缺乏种栽标准,造成山药的产量与质量稳定性差,本文主要通过研究不同等级山药种栽中内源激素(IAA、GA)和蔗糖酶含量的差异,以及内源激素(IAA、GA)和蔗糖酶含量与各级种苗相关性,为建立山药种栽标准提供依据.方法:根据药用山药种栽的长度、直径、重量、芽数、净度、饱满度等形态学指标,运用SPSS Statistics 17.0分析软件进行K-均值聚类分析,对山药种栽进行分级,并对不同等级山药种栽内源激素(IAA、GA3)含量、蔗糖酶活性之间相关性进行分析.结果:制定了山药种栽的等级划分标准:一级:长度:≥26.8 cm、直径:≥2.40 cm、重量:≥51.0 g、芽数:≥3.0、净度:100%、饱满度:100%;二级:长度:≥22.5 cm、直径:≥2.10 cm、重量:≥36.0g、芽数:≥2.0、净度:100%、饱满度:100%;三级:长度:≥18.3 cm、直径:≥1.80 cm、重量:≥20.0 g、芽数:≥1、净度:≥99.0%、饱满度:≥99.0%;山药种栽中内源激素(IAA、GA3)含量、蔗糖酶活性与各级种苗之间存在相关性.结论:不同等级的山药种栽中生理指标的差异,为药用山药的规范化种植提供了理论和实践依据.%Objective:Due to the lack of yam cultivation standards,the problems of quality and stability have resulted in yam production.In this paper,the different grade of yam cultivation endogenous hormone (IAA,GA) and invertase content differences,and the content of endogenous hormones (IAA,GA) and sucrase and seedlings correlation at all levels were studied in order to provide the basis for establish of yam plant standards.Methods:According to morphological indexes such as length,diameter,weight,number of buds,clarity,fullness and other indicators,the yam cultivation was classified by using SPSS Statistics 17.0 software K-means clustering analysis.The correlation between yams grade and the content of endogenous phytohomones (IAA,GA3) invertase activity was explored.Results:We developed a standard classification of medicinal yam seedlings.Class 1:Length:≥26.8 cm,diameter:≥2.40 cm,Weight:≥51.0 g,buds:≥3,Clarity:100% fullness:100%;Class 2:length:≥22.5 cm,diameter:≥2.10 cm,weight:≥36.0 g,buds:≥2.0,clarity:100.0% fullness:100.0%;Class 3:length:≥18.3 cm,diameter:≥1.75 cm,weight:≥20.0 g,buds:≥1 clarity:≥99.0%,plumpness:≥99.0%.There existed a correlation between endogenous hormones (IAA,GA3) content and all levels of seedlings.Conclusion:The medicinal yam of different grades has significant difference between physiological indexes,which provided a basis both in theory and in practice.
