六价铬转化微生物对电镀废水中六价铬的去除效率研究

         

摘要

This article mainly uses the method of biotechnology to take domestication and filtrating for the sludge in electroplating water pool, screening to identify active bacterial strain desulfuration vibrio and through single factor experiment to determine the solution concentration is 50 mg/L, the proportion of bacterial strain and waste liquid is 1:14, the cultivation temperature of the bacterial strain is 20℃, mixing time is 18 hours, reaction temperature setting is 25℃, and the removal efficiency of hexavalent chromium ion reaches to 99.4%. Below the national emission standards of 0.5 mg/mL, it has the certain application value in electroplating wastewater.%本文主要利用生物技术手段对电镀水续集池中的污泥进行驯化、筛选,鉴定出活性菌株脱硫孤菌,通过单因素实验确定了六价铬离子的溶液浓度为50mg/L,菌株与废液的比例设定为1:14,菌株的培养温度设置为20℃,混合的时间为18小时,反应温度设定为25℃,六价铬离子去除效率达到了99.4%,在国家规定的0.5mg/mL排放标准以下,在电镀废水中具有着一定的应用价值。
